The SP1.ATS.350 turntable is used to collect small parts coming out of machining centres whilst avoiding impacts.

This turntable is powered simply at 24 Vdc, and rotates so that it collects the parts at its middle, without them colliding with one another.

The tray and all surfaces in contact with parts are made of shock-absorbent plastic.

The tray can be fitted with a tank to evacuate oils.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Ø 350 mm turntable.
  • Maximum dimensions of parts = 20x50mm.
  • Minimum dimensions of parts = 1x1mm.
Overall Product Operation
  • Cycle time: 2 seconds.
  • Hourly rate: 1800 parts.
  • Daily operating time: 24 hours.
Description of the cycle
  • The part arrives in the inlet area, where the shocks are absorbed, then is channelled to the accumulation area through the rotation of the turntable.
  • The cycle time corresponds to the time taken for the part to leave the inlet area (1 part at a time in the inlet area).
Electrical connection
  • 24 Vdc or via a 230 Vac socket.
Human-machine interface
  • The SP1.ATS.350 is started and stopped via the separate control unit.
  • The unit has a time delay to adjust the turntable rotation on and off time according to the part cycle time.

Separate control unit: Tempo (timer)

  •  “Tempo” consisting of an On/Off button, a time delay for the production part (V1) and a time delay for the sampling part (V2).
    The time delays must be set according to the desired cycle time and number of parts.

 

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS:

  • Power supply cable kit (M12 5-core cable, length 5 m).
  • Internal power supply kit (24-V 2.5-A power supply / M12 bulkhead gland fitting / M12 5-core cable, length 5 m).
  • External power supply kit (cable with 24-Vdc transformer).
