The ATS turntable is used to collect parts coming out of machining centres whilst avoiding impacts.

This turntable is powered simply at 400 Vac, and rotates so that it collects the parts at its middle, without them colliding with one another.

All surfaces in contact with parts, and the tray, are coated in a shock-absorbent material.

Oils are evacuated at the edge of the tray and collected in the table. A manual 1/4-turn valve is used to drain the table.

Cycle Description:

The piece arrives in the ATS arrival zone where impacts are absorbed; then, thanks to the rotation of the table, it moves into the accumulation zone.
The cycle time corresponds to the duration it takes for the piece to exit the arrival zone (one piece at a time in the arrival zone).

Connection:

Electrical connection of the ATS is done using a 5m 3G1.5² cable to be connected to a 230Vac power source.
The ATS must be connected to a retention tank with a 16 mm inner diameter hose.

Operator/Machine Interaction:

ATS startup and shutdown are done via the control panel. The panel features a timer to adjust the on and off time of the table rotation based on the piece cycle time.
