description

The SP1.ATS.350 accumulation table is used to collect parts coming out of machining center while avoiding impacts.

This turntable is powered supply at 24 Vdc. It turn in order to accumulate parts into this center without shocks them.

All surfaces in contact with parts, and the tray, are coated in a shock-absorbent material.

Oils are evacuated at the edge of the tray and collected in the table. A manual 1/4-turn valve is used to drain the table.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Accumulation table 350mm
  • Maximum dimensions of parts = 20x50mm
  • Minimum dimensions of parts = 1x1mm
Global functionality of the product
  • Maximum rate: 2 seconds/part.
  • Hourly rate: 1800 part/hour.
  • Daily working time : 24 hours
Description of the cycle
  • The part comes in the arrival zone where the shocks are absorbed. Thanks to the rotation of the plate, the parts comes in the accumulation zone.
  • The cycle time corresponds to the time it takes for the part to leave the arrival zone (1 part at a time in the arrival area.
Electrical connection
  • Electrical connection is 24 Vdc or using a 230Vac socket.
Operator/machine Interface
  • Starting and stopping SP1.ATS.350 is done via the separate control box.
  • The box has a timer to adjust the start and stop time of the table rotation regarding the part time.
