The SP2 Parts separator with Containers is designed for collect parts exiting the machine and facilitates the separation of control parts.
The parts separator is composed of 10 containers, each perforated to allow oil evacuation.
The entire system resist to cutting oils and chips, can be integrated within machining equipment.
The containers are interchangeable and are clipped onto the drive chain to simplify handling.
The parts separator is electrically motorized, powered by 24Vdc. Its power supply can either come directly from the machining system or through a 230Vac / 24Vdc transformer.
