Sorter with containers to collect parts that come out of the machine and to separate the inspection parts.

The sorter is composed of 10 containers, each hollowed out to allow the oil to escape.

The whole assembly is resistant to cutting oils and shavings, and can be incorporated into the inside of the machining centres.

The containers are interchangeable and are clipped onto the drive chain to facilitate handling.

The sorter has an electric motor powered at 24 Vdc.
It can be powered directly from the machining centre, or via a 230-Vac/24-Vdc transformer.

UNITS

SEPARATE CONTROL UNIT, TWO TYPES OF UNIT:TEMP (TIMER) OR TACTILE (TOUCH) types of unit: Tempo (timer) or Tactile (touch)

“Tempo” consisting of an On/Off button, a time delay for the production part (V1) and a time delay for the sampling part (V2). The time delays must be set according to the desired cycle time and number of parts.
“Tactile” consisting of an On/Off button and a touch screen to configure the number of production parts (V1) and the number of sample parts (V2). A 24-Vdc input counts the parts via signals from the machining centre. There are two versions of each type of unit: magnet at the top, or magnet at the back.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS:

Power supply cable kit (M12 5-core cable, length 5 m).
Internal power supply kit (24-V 2.5-A power supply / M12 bulkhead gland fitting / M12 5-core cable, length 5 m).
External power supply kit (cable with 24-Vdc transformer).
