The BARFIDE range of power belt conveyors can transfer parts as they leave a machining centre. Either to collect parts or to transfer them to a BARFIDE retrieval system.

Five available conveyor lengths: 500, 750, 1000, 1250 or 1500 mm. A single width of oil-resistant polyurethane belt: 78 mm.

The configurable motor location facilitates its integration. BARFIDE also has adjustable feet, to facilitate the implementation of the conveyor.

It is easy to set the conveyor running, thanks to a simple electrical box. The feed rate is fixed and permanent.

CHARACTERISTICS

Useful belt width 78 mm.
Adjustable outlet chute with shock-absorbent protection.
Maximum dimensions of parts = Ø65×100 mm.
Minimum dimensions of parts = Ø7×7 mm.
Spherical parts are not recommended.
Collection tank with drain inside Ø of oil return pipe = 21 mm.
Fixed conveyor rotation speed 2 metres/minute.
Circuit breaker box with built-in emergency stop button.
Power supply voltage = 220 V.
Frequency 50 Hz.
Power consumption = 0.09 KVA.
Two types of electrical connection: Canalis or Machine.
Colour: RAL 7035 grey.

Bloc d’entrainement en aluminium anodisé rouge et gris.
Motorisation 24Vdc.
Plateau mobile avec godets d’échantillonnage intégrés.
Trois configurations possibles : Ø125 / Ø150 / Ø180mm.
Rampe réglable.
Cadence Maximum : 3 secondes/pièce.
1 Godet sur les 6 est de couleur différente permettant d’avoir la progression du SP0 en un coup d’œil.
Rangement en vrac avec une tolérance aux chocs entre les pièces.
Dimensions minimum des pièces = Ø1mm Longueur 1mm.
Dimensions maximum des pièces = Ø5 mm Longueur 15 mm.
